If I won the lottery I would be super happy! the first thing I would do would be to early retire my father, and give my parents part of the money as compensation for keeping me all these years, and enjoy!.
Also I would try to pay my brother's the mortgage and give my other two brothers some money , the rest of the money i use for me.
A lot the would put in an account to a high interest to continue making money.
For me buy it a great modernist mansion,with a large garage for my very dear and desired BMW Ginna.
I would go around the world in search of my ideal man, and enjoy.
